PAINTSHOP

This is a specially designed area, which consists of a large paint booth of new technology for ecological, water-soluble colors, with anti-pollution unit for retention of pollutants by infrared system and a special screw pneumatic drill (free-oil) for better quality work. The area of the paintshop is also comprised of a colorimetric and preparation room equipped with full-color technical and electronic equipment, recycling machines, with six locations for preparing each paint-job with boxing elastomeric curtains which also have individually controlled absorption filters to retain any pendulous parts.

All means of friction that are being used in our paint shop collect, filter and save any processing material. The dye materials are charactirized for their best quality, high standards and long durability guarantee.

To find the right color of the car we use:

• the code of the manufacturer
• different variants of the manufacturer
• visual control of shades
• spectrometer with electronic control of color
• spraying of selected hue in panels for the final identification of the color before applying the paint on the vehicle
